Jeremy Bass Premieres “Pickup Lines For The Love Of My Life”

Jeremy Bass, the fantastic, charming and beloved music director and front man of The Secret City band, is a triple threat – singer, songwriter, poet – using his talents to great effect in our gatherings as well as in his own work making music and publishing poems. This is the new video for the second single off his upcoming album TENANT – called Pickup Lines for the Love of My Life. Check it out, pre-order the album (due out October 7th) and come see him do his thing live at Rockwood Music Hall in NYC, and at our next Secret City gathering in LA , Sunday, October 12th at Bootleg Theater.

Leah Coloff

Leah Coloff is a cellist and singer. The New York Times called her performing “a combination of artful angularity and a rock-inflected assertiveness.” Another reviewer said, “She does everything she can think of with that cello, short of setting it on fire.”  Leah earned a degree in cello performance from The San Francisco Conservatory of Music and did a stint at The New England Conservatory of Music in Boston. Leah has played with Phillip Glass, David Bowie, Patty Smith, Michael Cerveris, Mark Mulcahy, Rufus Wainwright, Linda Thompson, and Trey Anastasio. Her latest record is, This Tree.
