I’m delighted to present a wonderful upstate baker/cook/artist who will be doing the food offering for us at our upcoming service in Woodstock this coming Sunday, August 2nd. For our service on CAMP, we’re going to be sharing in the deliciousness that comes from Mor Pipman. I was told of Mor by a friend who attended a Friday night dinner/concert in Mor’s old converted church off Route 28, not far from Woodstock. I was intrigued – sounded like someone The Secret City needed to connect with. And, voila, it is so – Mor Pipman is going to make something for us that will delight and satisfy – and it’s a great fit for the theme. I’m not saying what it is – trust me it’s gonna be wonderful.
Mor’s event is HVSS Music Night, an ongoing music and food fundraising event which is open to the public. It is held at her home on the last Friday of the month and it’s been going strong for five and a half years.
Here’s a bio about her: Mor Pipman is an artist and baker. She has an art studio in a converted church in Glenford where she sculpts and paints, and a baking business called Much Mor Bread, which specializes in special occasion cakes, cookies, biscotti and other baked treats.
